I was on a photo frenzy yesterday and did another session with Tim. Took over 200 photos as quickly as possible to avoid being out in the overwhelming amount of pollen. Here are a couple sneak previews.

The rain put a damper on my creativity today. Anna and I stood on the porch today for 20 min waiting for the rain to stop but then we made a run for the woods and I took a couple quick pictures. Not bad despite it was pouring rain outside this afternoon.
Snow bunnies…
It finally snowed here. The first real snow in many years. The little ones were so excited and we had to go out first thing to play! Just playing around. This was the first opportunity to take pics outside with my new camera. It was wrapped in a plastic grocery bag to protect it from the snow since it was still coming down pretty hard when we were out.

Daniel is a great model. He loves getting his picture taken and follows direction so well. So I used the sky blue paper for him and I love this color! I can’t wait to do my baby sessions with this!

My new paper backgrounds arrived yesterday. I have white, black, coral, and sky blue. Anna prefers to do her own thing but I managed to get a couple cute ones.
New Years Day 2009
I just got my black backdrop and did some more test shots today. I am having a blast taking too many pictures. I ordered my new camera (Canon 5d mark ii) and it should arrive tomorrow!!

I got an AB800 for Christmas and needed to do some test shots. Here are a couple I took of Anna today…she was being a princess and was a great little model!
Crazy kids!
The weather was beautiful today…so I took a couple quick pictures of the kids playing outside. It was getting late so the lighting isn’t ideal. I played with these in photoshop. Anna’s were slightly out of focus….so I made them look “artsy”!
