So I decided to make another mermaid tale for our upcoming trip to the beach in May. It is coming along nicely. I would have loved to have made a silicone one, but I don’t have the patience and it is too cold to work with the latex now, so I tested some materials and decided to make detailed scales. It actually looks more like the ‘rainbow fish’ if you have read that childrens book. LOL. I actually didn’t take that long to do and the most tiresome part is cutting out all the scales. I have one side completely done.
